We are pleased to announce that Synergy Farm Health has been shortlisted to win a Countryside Alliance Award in the category of Rural Enterprise.
The awards are the Countryside Alliance’s annual celebration of British food & farming, enterprise and heritage through our small hard-working businesses. The awards are no in their fifteenth year and have become the definitive rural business award to win. They are set apart from other award schemes because they are driven by public nomination, offering customers the chance to tell us why their favourite businesses are worthy of the national acclaim. The awards received over seventeen thousand nominations this year so Synergy Farm Health has done extremely well to be shortlisted.
Synergy Farm Health provides quality routine and emergency healthcare, combined with proactive advice and health planning, to our clients’ farms in the dairy and livestock sectors. In 2023 vet Tom Warboys won Young Dairy Vet of the Year, he received national recognition for the work that he does with his clients in our north region. We would love to achieve the same recognition for our whole team of 140 dedicated staff members.
Countryside Alliance Awards Director Sarah Lee commented ‘We have been overwhelmed by nominations this year. The secret to the Rural Oscars’ popularity is that they honour the people involved in these businesses and not just their produce or services. They exist to sing the praises of those who work hard to keep our communities and rural economy ticking, but don’t seek to spotlight. These awards provide a cause for celebration in the time of great uncertainty in the countryside. Our local produce is second to none and there are many community heroes and businesses worthy of national recognition”
Jon Reader Synergy Farm Health’s Managing Director ‘We would like to thank the people who nominated us for this award. We work tirelessly to serve our local community of farmers and without the support we receive we would not be in business. Although we are privileged to have worked on some high profiles projects nationally, the vast majority of our work is based in the South West. If we can ever be of assistance we are only a phone call away ”.
